Project Details: The project comprised of the construction of Groundworks foundations, drainage, hard landscaping including the external retaining structures, hard paving, tarmac surfacing, builders work to external services and provision and installation of street and playground equipment.
Hannafin's co-operation and proactive approach during the design phase enabled most of to original designed re-inforced concrete retaining structures to be omitted from the project, substituting these with ground re-inforcement techniques and masonary walls. These changes afforded a considerable saving in construction duration and significant cost savings to the project.

Project Details: The project comprised the construction of a new two lane single carriageway road connecting the existing Whiteleigh Primary School east to the B3372 Tamerton Road.
Hannafin was responsible for the complete Section 278 package. This involved forming a 14m wide cutting, excavation and removal of 30,000m3 of excavated spoil from site including soil nailing and general ground treatment works. The complete construction of a 250m long two way tarmac surfaced carriageway incorporating drainage, street lighting, statutory street signage and inclusion of all temporary traffic management during the construction period.

Project Details: The Project based in Northampton is a split level building with a 171m x 5m retaining wall running through its core. Due to a tight programme deadlines we proposed a pionneering new process with precast twin wall, this was a massive success and is now a proccess that we offer to any perspective client. Due to the large step within the building and extensive landscaping there was a large amount of earthworks which was also undertaken.

Project Details: University of Leicester was on a very tight site with the fire station on one side, cemetary, railroad and University building on the others. This meant the build had to be tightly scheduled and controlled to install all the ground beams, pile caps and drainage progressively from one side of the site to the other.
