Complete foul and storm water below ground installation including 3 attenuation tanks totaling 1800m3, below ground services. External finishes comprising of precast concrete kerbs, concrete paving and street furniture.

Projects Details: A large groundworks, substructures and external finishes project, consisting of insitue concrete bases to carry the buildings Steel and Glu-lam structure; Instalation of precast concrete ground beams, all foul and storm drainage including some large 525 diameter runs. Cast a 57m retaining wall and 2500m2 concrete service yard. Finally the preparation of 35,00m2 of existing ground to take external finishes including 12,000m2 of block paving, 5,000m of kerbs, tree pits and gabion walls.
