Construction of a prestigious new ‘Head Quarters / Operations building, test track and storage facility for Jaguar Land Rover.

Hannafin Contractors role includes groundworks such as:

· New vehicle operations building

· Adoptable road access to building, test track and car parks

· New test track including CCTV, electric, secure data system

· W.I.P car park, approx. 1000no wide bays including charging points for 100no electric     cars

· Access tunnel to W.I.P. car park which entails underpass to test track

· 3no sub stations

· 45000m of services ducting

· New staff car park

All works were carried out within the existing facility whilst fully operational.
