We’re a growing, nationwide groundworks and civils contractor delivering projects across the UK, and we’re looking for site-based professionals who want to continue their career goals. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ groundworks experience — including Site Engineers, Assistant Site Managers, or an experienced Foreman looking to step up — who wants to develop into a long-term Site Management or Engineering role.
Based initially within 50 miles of Swindon, you’ll be part of live projects from day one, working closely with experienced site teams and management. You’ll be supported by a structured development plan, designed to build your technical, leadership, and commercial skills as you progress.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, a strong work ethic, a keenness to learn, and be willing to travel nationwide as your career grows with the business.
