Working in collaboration with the Client, Hannafin Contractors have successfully adapted and accommodated all necessary restrictions associated with working adjacent to open, operational railways eg; time constraints due to rail track possessions and potential problems associated with works being located on both sides of the track.
Hannafin Contractors phased works include the following:
· Foundations including pile caps and Footbridge Foundations
· Ground beams
· Ground floor slab
· Masonry works to DPC
· Perimeter drainage and associated ducting
