Yesterday, John, Olivia and Leanne had the pleasure of attending Baxter College’s Careers Fair, and what a great experience it was!

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with so many enthusiastic students interested in careers within construction and groundworks. We explored the variety of career paths available and hopefully sparked inspiration along the way. There were some truly engaging conversations, and it was encouraging to see such curiosity, ambition, and enthusiasm from the pupils.

Events like this highlight just how important it is to bridge the gap between education and the world of work, supporting young people as they begin to shape their futures.
